Both 220V and 110V supplies are available in our rooms.

A set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion), two bottles of mineral water, and a selection of teas and coffees are provided on a complimentary basis in all of our rooms.

If you have made a reservation directly with us, you may cancel it at any time by 6:00 pm the day before your stay without incurring any penalty charge. If you cancel after 6pm on 1 day before you are due to stay, you will be charged your room rate for the night. Advanced purchase rates are not eligible for modification or cancelation. Please check cancelation policy when you make a reservation.

Guests may check in from 4pm and must check out by 12pm (noon) after the last night of their stay.

All rooms at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul are Western-style rooms with beds. We do not have any ondol rooms.
