Wired and wireless Internet connections are available in all our rooms, priced at 25,300KRW / 24 hours (including tax).
Guests joining our Marriott Rewards membership program (free) are offered complimentary Internet use.

Both 220V and 110V supplies are available in our rooms.

A set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion), two bottles of mineral water, and a selection of teas and coffees are provided on a complimentary basis in all of our rooms.

Parking is free for the duration of your stay with us. Please tell us your vehicle license plate number when you check out.

If you have made a reservation directly with us, you may cancel it at any time up to 6pm on 1 day before you are due to stay, without incurring any penalty charge. If you cancel after 6pm on 1 day before you are due to stay, you will be charged your room rate for the night. Advanced purchase rates are not eligible for modification or cancelation.
Please note that cancelation rules differ according to reservation method. We recommend that you check details regarding your particular method of reservation in advance.

Guests may check in from 4pm and must check out by 12pm (noon) after the last night of their stay.

All rooms at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul are Western-style rooms with beds. We do not have any ondol rooms.
